A modern production unit, we have vertically integrated production lines using state of art plastic injection moulding, fiberglass moulding, precision die casting, plasma cutting, cutting, bending, die punching and folding equipments, butt and flash welding equipments as also superior powder coating plant lines. With end to end control over production, an in-house CAD-CAM design unit and a team of qualified, expert and dedicated engineers backed by experienced staff we are fully capable of delivering superior quality and timely deliveries regardless of quantities involved. While we have a broad range of standard products like cable trays and junction boxes, we also cater to custom requirements in the area of distribution boards, starter panels, lighting panels and similar control units to satisfy each client. Our product range comprises junction boxes, cable trays, cable raceways, distribution boards, boxes and control panel boxes. These play a critical role in power control and distribution in the smallest to largest industry forming part of the electrical distribution chain. Moulded and fabricated from chosen, virgin materials, the raw materials are chosen for high insulation properties, engineering toughness and durability and excellent fire resistance properties.
In control panels and distribution boards fabricated from MS/GI sheets we use only specified thicknesses, craft each product to high precision tolerances, use advanced die cutting and punching along with plasma cutting and flash/butt welding followed by grinding, polishing and powder coating. Not only do these products have excellent dimensional accuracy, they are exceptionally well finished to professional, international standards and are designed to last. Each cutout is precise and you can slide in meters, indicators and switches with ease for fast assembly. In the case of consumer grade control units and boxes, our total in-house sheet metal line and plastic moulding line enables us to deliver international quality integrated panels and control units
Our Product Range:
Quality is in each breath we take, reflected in the final finished product. Quality, for us, works at many levels in our manufacturing philosophy. It starts at the raw material input stage. MS/GI sheets, plastic injection raw materials, nuts, bolts, rivets, screws, coating materials and paints are individually checked to ensure they conform to our specifications. Production in our unit is in stages and at each stage we have rigorous uniform quality processes, each worker in charge of ensuring quality and a supervisor to keep a watchful eye with random sampling. Only if quality specs are met does a component go on to the next stage where contextual quality checks are a part of the production process. Each cutout, each punched hole is checked to ensure it conforms to dimensional tolerances, is deburred and finished so as to be as perfect as possible. In the final finishing stage, each product again is checked before it can be stamped and approved for delivery.
Rather than rely on sub-contractors and compromise on quality as well as deliveries, we have integrated manufacturing activities under one roof. We have a fiberglass molding unit with mold design and fabrication of composites such as cable trays and raceways with varying fire resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical properties to satisfy varying specifications of each buyer.
Our injection molding unit has capabilities to produce thousands of precision molded items like junction boxes and earth boxes in engineering plastics such as ABS and fire resistant ABS and SAN. Our sheet metal fabrication section has die presses, press brakes, sheet metal bending and cutting equipment, plasma cutters and welders, flash and butt welding equipments and drilling equipments as well as forming equipments. Full in-house capabilities to fabricate simple to complex, small to large sized sheet metal control panels conforming to international specifications is our forte and form the backbone of electrical switchgear.
Finishing section has sanding, deburring and polishing equipments. Then we have a section for spray painting and for powder coating comprising of paint booths and oven. A separate section is dedicated to die and mold design.

Testing at each stage of production is the only way to assure quality of the final product. Testing for all parameters is a rigorous and extended procedure we follow passionately in order to make sure we can achieve a nil rejection or complaint rate.
In respect of plastic moulded electrical switchgear components we carry out testing for raw materials to ensure they are within the standard parameters. Moulded products are tested specifically for the design specification. Qualified QC Engineers and supervisors check for dimensional accuracy, moulding defects and then conduct batch sampling tests for flexural and impact strength resistance.
In sheet metal fabricated control panels and housing for electrical power distribution we have strict norms to test for dimensional accuracy, pre-production tests, post production test and final test to check quality of finish. Precision manufacturing allied with quality test processes ensure that all such control panel housings have the precisely dimensioned holes and cutouts and threaded screw holes making your assembly process fast and perfect.
